We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our team for Romania.
📍Office: Bucharest
Key Responsibilities
Quality (GDP & QMS)
- Creates and updates quality management system documentation;
- Applying ISO and GDP standards for pharmaceutical product transport;
- Managing the Quality Management System and GDP;
- Preparing and coordinate internal/external audits;
- Develop, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor transport conditions (e.g., temperature-controlled shipments)
- Ensure full traceability of all transports
- Ensure compliance with requirements from competent authorities.
Key requirements:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS);
- Transportation / Logistics processes and cold chain management;
- Knowledge EU GDP Guidelines;
- Experience in pharma logistics / transport / distribution is a strong advantage;
- Hands-on experience with GDP, QMS
- University degree;
