Role Overview

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to elevate the effectiveness of our sales team by improving how our agents sell, communicate, and close.

This role is focused on coaching, performance improvement, and revenue impact—not just auditing. You’ll work directly with sales reps and leaders to identify gaps, deliver actionable feedback, and drive measurable improvements in conversion, quality, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Sales Coaching & Development

  • Coach sales reps through 1:1 sessions, call reviews, and live feedback
  • Identify performance gaps and create targeted improvement plans
  • Help reps improve objection handling, discovery, closing, and communication

Call Review & Performance Analysis

  • Review calls, emails, and sales interactions to identify strengths and opportunities
  • Use tools (Gong or similar) to analyze conversations and coach to best practices
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable feedback that drives behavior change

Drive Sales Performance

  • Partner with sales leadership to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness
  • Track individual and team performance trends
  • Focus on outcomes: better conversations → better results

Training & Enablement

  • Support onboarding and ramp for new sales hires
  • Deliver targeted training sessions based on observed gaps
  • Reinforce sales frameworks, messaging, and best practices

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify patterns across the team and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership on coaching strategy and performance initiatives
  • Help build a culture of accountability and continuous development

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience coaching or leading sales reps (SDR, AE, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of sales conversations, objections, and closing techniques
  • Experience using tools like Gong, CRM systems, or sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback that drives improvement
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect coaching to performance outcomes
  • High energy, strong communication skills, and presence with sales teams
