Role: Manual Testing ( Internet Banking & Mobile Banking )
Job Description:
- Strong understanding of banking domain (Internet & Mobile Banking)
- Experience in manual testing lifecycle (STLC)
- Hands-on experience with Jira / test management tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Analyze business requirements, BRDs, and user stories related to Internet Banking & Mobile Banking modules (Accounts, Payments, Transfers, Cards, Login/Journey flows).
- Prepare test scenarios, detailed test cases, and test data covering functional, UI/UX, and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing for web (Internet Banking) and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Ensure adherence to test process, quality standards, and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with BA, Dev, and QA teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
- Maintain test execution reports, daily status updates, and progress tracking.
- Contribute to test evidence preparation aligned with audit/compliance requirements in banking projects.
