About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA Lead to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a robust test strategy across all Process Development areas. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by leading test campaigns, managing releases, and collaborating closely with product and development teams.
This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies across all Process Development areas.
Oversee all testing activities within the product development methodology.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Utilize Zephyr for test planning and scenario management.
Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
Manage the release process, ensuring synchronization with product and project roadmaps.
Champion quality assurance best practices within the team.
Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
Mentor and guide other QA team members (if applicable).
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA Lead role, with extensive expertise in Process Development testing.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Proven experience with the following tools:
Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Plan)
Zephyr (Test Plan & Scenario)
JUnit, Java (Test script development)
GitLab (DevOps Pipeline)
Sauce Labs (Test orchestration, reporting, and analytics)
Experience with PLM systems, preferably Windchill.
Familiarity with other testing frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of automation testing principles and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
