Job Description

Provides comprehensive audits to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care

Ensures Funder, partner and Equus policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes

Conducts statistical data comparisons using MS Excel Develops quality improvement processes by reviewing activities and administrative systems

Records, compiles, and analyzes performance and compliance information to ensure quality

Reviews clinical assessment operational procedures and processes; makes recommendations for improvement

Develops and implements continuous quality improvement processes

Reviews customer survey data and provides management with recommendations for improvement, if needed

Communicates effectively with program management using good judgment and diplomacy

Clearly articulates and documents that staff are performing timely and accurate services according to operational procedures and processes

Provides audit reports to manger and keeps management informed as to the status of program quality matters, including performance

Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Care Management or a related field such a Psychology, Vocational Rehabilitation, or Occupational Rehabilitation and three years direct customer service experience in a clinical or social service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in conducting quality assurance auditing activities preferred

Excellent organizational skills and a strong diligence to being detail minded Experience with publicly/Federally funded programs; Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Experience working with Vocational Rehabilitation Services, and Individual Vocational Assessment Plans

Experience in assessing the need for and making reasonable accommodations for clients Knowledge of HIPAA/PII laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities

Ability to use MS Word Suite and various client-based systems to carry out daily duties and responsibilities.
