Responsibilities:

Manage CIS’s Day-to-day call record management, review the call log system to check integrity and identify critical incidents.

Support the Lead Evaluator in producing monthly KPI reports, coordinate between necessary departments, and ensure compliance with 988 lifeline guidelines and grant award requirements.

Leading and facilitating quality improvement projects.

Collaborating with co-project director and 988 centers to develop a quality assurance plan, Ensuring alignment with vibrant and SAMHSA requirements.

Coordinate with 988 centers and relevant service providers to ensure compliance with quality assurance plan

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of noncompliance, and develop action plans to address them.

Monitoring, progress, outcomes, and implementation of corrective action plans.

Leveraging subject matter experts and SAMHSA/vibrant best practice resources and learn from other states critical incident review models.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field

1+ years of experience with record management, descriptive, statistics, data, analytics, and quality monitoring

1+ years of experience related to clinical quality assurance, preferably in social services or behavioral health programs.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
