Job Description
- Supervise & assure technical support & administation for Apple product run well.
- As main PIC to solve service issues.
- Coach & direct agent service team to maintain performance & service standard quality.
- Assure service process align with quality & compliance standard by Apple.
- Supervise, handle & conduct actions related to service issues proactively.
- Initiate continuous improvement to improve effectiveness of service process.
- Collaborate with traffic function to solve technical issues and improve end to end service experience.
- Evaluate service performance and recommend improvement.
- Assure customer satisfaction through fast & high quality service.
Job Requirement
- Talents required who studied Information Technology or related major
- Has 1-3 years experience in Retail, Warehouse, Logistic, Customer service, aftersales or Data analysis.
- Strong communication in English oral & written.
- Strong in leadership, relationship management, dan developing others skill.
- Good analytical thinking & able to work under pressure.
- Good exposure in business process analysis, data analysis & reporting.
- Has good product knowledge, technical support and technology development.
- Good understanding about Fraud control, SMK3.
- Technology savvy (able to adapt with Technology development).
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office (full WFO).
