Your Role:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, You Will
Conduct comprehensive manual testing of products/services to identify defects, deficiencies, and areas for improvement. Support automated testing as needed. This is primarily manual testing, but having Cypress automated testing experience is a plus.
Implement and execute quality control processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify and address quality-related issues, working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and quality assurance activities. Ensure that all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and provide input on quality considerations throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics, monitoring industry best practices, and implementing enhancements to quality assurance processes.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing and product/service quality.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques. (For automated testing, Cypress experience is required.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
