Job Responsibilities
- Quality Planning: Possess extensive experience in project-level quality planning and end-to-end implementation;
- Abnormality Handling: Boast solid experience in abnormality resolution, with in-depth expertise in root cause analysis and localization, as well as the formulation and effective execution of corrective measures;
- Systematic Improvement: Have proven working experience in driving organizational-level systematic improvement initiatives;
- Preference: Familiar with the standard processes of ISO26262, CMMI and ASPICE.
Key Responsibilities: Support the core management team to discover and identify critical issues in the full lifecycle of development, testing and delivery, and lead the implementation of systematic improvement actions.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a QA/Tester role, preferably in Automotive.
- Experience working with ASPICE processes is required.
- Good English communication skills are required.
