What will you do?
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you play a crucial role in maintaining, strengthening, and further professionalizing our quality management system (QMS). You work closely with various departments from engineering to production and operations — to ensure that our processes comply with internal qualitystandards as well as external certification standards.
Your key tasks and responsibilities:
Keeping the Quality Management System (QMS) up-to-date and optimizing it. Developing and managing quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation. Preparing for and conducting internal and external audits, including supplier audits. Reporting audit results and following up on corrective and preventive measures (CAPA). Advising and training colleagues on quality assurance, compliance, and process optimization. Supporting Management of Change processes, such as APQP. Analyzing quality data and contributing to management dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
What do we ask of you?
For this role, we are looking for analytical, quality-oriented professionals who can translate complex issues into concrete improvement initiatives. You have a keen eye for detail, think ahead, and know how to get stakeholders on board.
You bring:
At least a higher professional education (HBO) in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering and Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a quality role, preferably in a production environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and risk management according to ISO 31000.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is a plus.
- Experience with audits, CAPA processes, and compliance.
- Skill in analyzing quality data and reporting via Power BI or similar tools.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- A Lead Auditor ISO 9001 certification, or willingness to obtain it.
