We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations. You will work closely with Operations and other stakeholders to ensure processes meet quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Investigate and manage quality incidents, deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis, 8D investigations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to address recurring quality issues.
- Perform regular quality checks, process audits, Gemba walks, and operational assessments.
- Support the preparation and coordination of internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure quality records and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Support the review and implementation of process changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify quality trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct and support quality-related training for operational teams and promote a strong quality culture.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance, or Quality Control role.
- Experience in warehouse operations, 3PL, contract logistics, manufacturing, medical devices, or other regulated industries will be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of QMS, quality documentation, audit processes, CAPA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, GDPMDS, GxP, or other quality and regulatory standards will be an advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
