We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support and maintain quality standards across all stages of the process. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, identifying potential risks, and recommending improvements to support overall quality performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the process
- Ensure compliance requirements are executed consistently and effectively
- Assess potential risks and provide recommendations for corrective or preventive actions
- Take responsibility for quality control activities related to:
- Laboratory studies
- Clinical research
- Testing
- Operations
- Raw materials
- Production
- Finished products or services
- Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections
- Coordinate and support quality training activities
- Apply professional judgement and industry knowledge to support quality-related decisions
- Work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Understanding of quality procedures, standards, and concepts within the discipline
- Ability to assess issues, make sound judgements, and provide recommendations based on practice and prior experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role
