Quality Control Inspector
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Pryor, OK
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control tests for products.
Disassemble product parts for individual inspection.
Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to company specifications.
Direct assembly adjustments to maintain quality control.
Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
Communicate inspection results and propose corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports documenting tolerances and errors.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Experience operating CMM Equipment.
Previous work experience in a shop environment.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Strong attention to quality assurance and adherence to company standards.
In-depth knowledge of industry products and processes.
Proficiency in basic mathematics for measurement and calculations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to perform various physical activities, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.
Work environment includes exposure to inside and outside conditions, wet or humid environments, dust, fumes, airborne particles, and extreme temperatures (hot and cold).
Potential exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical hazards, and vibration.
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator when necessary.
