Position Purpose
A senior QA analyst that applies their previous experience in functional quality assurance, mentoring junior team members. Ideally has deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft D365 (Financial and Operations (FinOps) but experience with finance modules of other ERPs is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Help in the design and execution of Test Strategies/Plans contained within the work group and/or cross domains
Subject matter expert in QA areas (Functional) in the Finance area
Preparation of test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports
Execution of all tests including creation and closing of issues and defects
Closely work with all members of the team in all aspects of QA
Experience & Knowledge
9+ years as Senior QA analyst/ Test Team Leader Experience
Experience and understanding of both automation testing and performance testing.
Experience on automated tools such as Tosca.
Experience in test artefacts management tools such as qTest
Use of Postman tool to aid with end to end testing and isolating defects
Experience using JIRA for defect tracking management or any other tool for Defect lifecycle management.
Experience working on a CI/CD platform
Experience in working on Microsoft Azure environment
Experience working as part of an Agile group
Hands on Experience on D365 Fin Ops or equivalent testing, around concepts of AR, AP, GL, Procurement
Strong knowledge in QA process and Methodologies and Data Driven Testing
Knowledge on microservices and message driven architectures.

Proven ability to work effectively and contributing for immediate team and to centre of excellence
Ability to work in an onshore/offshore environment.
Proven ability to be able to understand the specific functional use of the IT systems and not just rely on documentation.
Passion for ensuring quality is always maintained and a strong character who is willing to challenge management if they feel that quality is being threatened.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
