Review/compare/verify the CCR, CCM, loan documentation and core systems (FISERV & AFS VISION) to ensure that all aspects of the loan are accurate.
Quality Assurance of LOD procedure
Prepare QA Quarterly report and get an approval Operating Risk Committee
Support to maintain LOD policy and procedures and get an approval MLC for LOD policy
Comply with all guidelines, procedures and eligibility requirements
Support retrieving department records by coordinating with internal department teams when loan files are requested by Audit, Compliance and Examiners
Coordinate department / other teams training session
Attend trainings, meetings and seminars as assigned
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Education/or Credentials
Level of college education
Credentials and/or licenses (if applicable)
Skills
Required: Knowledgeable in banking, regulations, and State/Federal Regulations
Required: Knowledge of Laserpro and core systems.
Required: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Required: Ability to ask the “right” questions without having extensive knowledge in a particular business area.
Required: Ability to work well individually and in teams
Required: Ability to follow various work instructions and orders with positive attitude
Required: Ability to define/detect problems, document and report findings, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Required: Ability to think critically.
Proposed: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and departments.
Preferred: Ability to coordinate effectively and efficiently with internal and external auditors.
Preferred: Ability to influence business partners in addressing business practices.
The salary range for this full-time position is $68,000.00 annually – $82,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
