Quality Assurance Specialist – Deviations & SOPs
Our client is seeking a hands-on QA professional to join our quality team. This role focuses on managing deviations and maintaining our SOP framework with a practical, results-driven approach. The role will be contract, ideally starting in May for an initial 6 month contract working remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead deviation investigations and implement effective CAPA solutions
Review, update and create SOPs that work in practice, not just theory
Apply your quality experience to real production challenges
Build collaborative relationships with production and laboratory teams
Ensure compliance while maintaining operational efficiency
What We Need:
3+ years of practical QA/QC experience
Proven expertise in deviation management and root cause analysis
Track record of creating usable, effective SOPs
Ability to balance compliance requirements with operational realities
Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams
