What You'll Do:
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Specialist role located in Burj Al Kifan, working closely with the sales team to ensure service standards are consistently met and communicated effectively to clients. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality procedures that support the sales process, monitoring client interactions to ensure alignment with clinic standards, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves collaborating with the sales, clinical, and management teams to train staff on service quality expectations and best practices. The specialist will also collect and analyze client feedback, prepare quality reports, and help the sales team deliver a consistent and exceptional client experience that reflects Vitrin Clinic's values.
Who You Are:
- French and English proficiency required.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
- Familiarity with Quality Management concepts, including setting objectives and tracking performance.
- Familiarity with internal quality auditing and corrective action processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in office, excel and quality management software tools.
