We’re looking for a detail-driven, self-motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team in Pasadena, TX!
This isn’t your typical QA role — you’ll be involved in audits, process improvement, calibration, and quality systems while helping support and improve operations at a newer site.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll have a well-rounded role that includes:
✨ Supporting process improvement initiatives
🔍 Assisting with internal and external audits
📊 Maintaining ISO 9001 quality systems and documentation
🛠️ Coordinating calibration tracking and support
📄 Updating SOPs, work instructions, and quality documents
🤝 Collaborating with engineering, production, and operations teams
📈 Identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
🧠 What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
✅ 3–7 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
✅ Experience with ISO 9001 / QMS systems
✅ Exposure to audits, document control, and compliance processes
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✅ A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and with a team
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, or valve manufacturing
- Calibration or lab support experience
- Auditor certification
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Experience with SharePoint or document systems
