Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through systematic testing, defect tracking, and process improvement. This role works closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform manual and automated testing on web and/or mobile applications
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues
Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
Provide clear and detailed feedback to developers and stakeholders
Support regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail)
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of basic programming/scripting is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Knowledge of APIs and web services testing
