Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality.
Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, or other tracking tools.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to define and improve testing strategies.
Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and integrate testing within the development lifecycle.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Experience testing web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Familiarity with SQL queries for database validation.
Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
ISTQB certification or similar testing certifications.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, or Docker.
