About the job
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting post-audit reviews, inspections, and quality assurance activities to evaluate operational quality and compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and regulations. You will identify risks, control gaps, and operational issues, prepare assessment reports, monitor corrective actions, and contribute to improving internal processes and quality control systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct periodic, ad hoc, or thematic post-audit reviews to evaluate operational quality and compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
– Conduct on-site inspections at business units according to approved plans or management’s requests.
– Participate in inspections and incident investigations; collect, review, and verify related documents, information, and supporting evidence.
– Identify errors, violations, control weaknesses, and potential risks; analyze root causes, assess impacts, and determine the responsibilities of relevant parties.
– Work with relevant departments and individuals to clarify issues and confirm inspection results.
– Consolidate and analyze inspection results; prepare inspection minutes, assessment reports, risk alerts, and recommend corrective, preventive, or improvement measures.
– Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans; evaluate the completeness and effectiveness of corrective actions after inspections.
– Participate in reviewing and providing recommendations to improve internal policies, procedures, and control measures based on inspection results.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Quality Management, Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
– At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related fields.
– Experience in post-audit reviews, operational quality control, compliance monitoring, or incident investigation within the telecommunications or information technology industry is preferred.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to review documentation, analyze data, assess operational risks, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
– Excellent documentation and reporting skills with the ability to prepare clear, logical, and well-structured reports.
– Strong communication, interviewing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings based on evidence and data.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– High level of integrity, objectivity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel for business when required.
