About the Role

Join our QA & Testing team as a QA Tester Specialist, contributing to the migration of legacy systems across multiple Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) to a new, modern platform. You will collaborate with test managers, project managers, and development teams to ensure quality assurance and testing are fully integrated into the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Define and support integration test approaches for the project.

Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities for development sprints.

Provide clear and accurate reporting through KPIs related to test plans and automation strategies.

Investigate non-conforming software issues and provide training for users to implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with QA team members to align tools and testing automation strategies.

Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD strategies with embedded automated tests.

Offer technical guidance and establish best practices for software development and business operations teams.

Contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of company-wide quality standards.

Monitor and manage risks associated with the test plan while supporting risk identification efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in software testing.

Proficiency in QA methodologies and testing processes.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and automated testing implementation.

Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, BrowserStack, and similar.

Previous experience integrating testing processes with CI/CD tools.

Strong organizational, autonomy, and proactive skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong communication skills and fluency in English (minimum B2 level).

Deliverables

Comprehensive test plans aligned with project scope (HLBR/Epics/User Stories).

Manual and automated tests planned and executed successfully for each development sprint.

Functional tests executed successfully.

Detailed testing reports showcasing all QA & Testing metrics for various test types.

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
