Job Summary:
Analytical Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of fintech systems through robust software testing, process validation, and quality controls, supporting high‑quality delivery of digital wallets, payment platforms, card services, and remittance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for the application and system.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects and issues until resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and operations teams to improve product quality.
- Ensure application comply with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Support testing of payment flows including wallet transactions, card payments, remittances, and payment gateway integrations.
- Participate in release cycles, deployments, and post release validation activities.
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance testing effectiveness and software quality.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or Software Tester.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience testing fintech, payment, banking, or high‑transaction systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with API testing, databases, and basic SQL queries.
- Knowledge of security, performance, and compliance testing concepts.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor in computer science or related field.
Experience:
- Not less than 3 relevant years of experience.
