Quality Assurance Inspector I – Clean Room

As a QA Inspector I – Clean Room, you will be responsible to inspect incoming and internally processed material. We are looking for a self-starter to work in a Clean Room environment, with full PPE (Jumpsuit and glasses) and tasks in packaging. This full-time onsite position is available to start immediately and is a great opportunity in the exciting medical device industry.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 1st Shift, (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Primary Responsibilities
Document and inspect incoming and internal material
Report material non-conformances using documented Material Rejection Reports
Computer data entry
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Calibrate, document, and maintain instruments
Comply with all Company safety and health policies.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Training and Experience
Certified Quality Inspector Course preferred
1 – 3 years in Quality Control environment
Standard and advanced mechanical inspection equipment
Programming and operating manual and automated coordinate measuring machines
Must know all of the common GD&T symbols are on prints, Microsoft Word and Excel
Self-starter with moderate direct supervision
Able to work in a clean room environment
Read, write and understand English
