We have a current opportunity for a temporary QA Specialist at Friesland Campina in Amersfoort.

The QA Specialist is part of the CSC Europe (EU) and Retail & America’s (R&A) organization, and supports both BG’s by driving the process of compliance to local regulation and internal FrieslandCampina Standards and ways of working. The main focus of this person will be on the South West Region (France, Italy, Spain).
This person is the linking pin between the production plants and the commercial entities & customers hence a strong connection towards both departments is needed. The main focus of this person will be on the link towards the customers (handling customer requests and filling customer portals).

Maintain speed and quality of execution
QA community
Active participation in QA community for network and exchange knowledge to facilitate business -QA Sales Support Support customer tenders on our products Support sales with customer queries on products eg policy on sugar reduction, additives, sweeteners, palm oil, soya, allergens shelf life, storage.
Communication on Food Safety & Quality matters with customers This covers topics like:
Customer questionnaires
New/changed customer requirements
Certificates, Statements
Questions related to e.g. specifications, ingredients, origin Signals trends and shares this pro-actively within FrieslandCampina, when necessary prepares standard response Collaborates with sites to assure efficiency
Development
Ensure manufacturing sites are aware of customer’s specific Manufacturing standards, Technical policies and conditions to supply -Quality Management Respond in timely and professional manner to all challenges and queries Maintain relationship (QA-to-QA) with key customers
QA issues & consultancy projects
Advice regarding the interpretation of changes and regulations Participation/consultation in projects for QA related input and advice QA issue management (reactive and proactive) performing risk and impact assessments and advice business on solutions -Assuring approved certifications Ensures key certifications are achieved (Organic, Planet Proof, V-label etc) Supports monitors the Q performance of the plants within EU and R&A -Complaint process Analyses the complaints received within the BG’s, ensures implementation of corrective & preventive actions to reduce complaints Actively contacts manufacturing sites in case of bigger or recurring complaints and RCA Collaboration with Customer Service departments to assure an effective complaint management process
What we Ask
Bachelor (> 6 years relevant experience) or Master Degree (> 2-4 years relevant experience),
Fluently in English, minimal in Dutch, French is plus
Relevant working experience in QA sales role managing customers requests
Asset: knowledge of cheese and dairy processing * Able to work in an FMCG environment
