Nalu Medical is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence by conducting thorough investigations into product complaints and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain systems for device evaluation, including setup of necessary equipment and materials
Perform timely and methodical failure analysis of devices using systematic, safe approaches
Confirm reported failures, observations, and outcomes from failure analysis and document in the QMS system
Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to procedural updates
Compile and analyze data for metric reporting as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the medical device industry
Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with proven investigative and troubleshooting skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while following documented procedures
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
