Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves conducting quality inspections, performing audits, and maintaining quality systems to ensure that all manufacturing processes are adhered to effectively.
Duties
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with established standards.
Perform quality audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data collected from inspections and audits to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions for any identified quality issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality control processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of quality systems, including QA/QC methodologies.
Ability to analyze data effectively and draw actionable insights from findings.
Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently when required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
