Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, and maintain regulations and compliance standards for both local and international markets, covering Food and Non-Food categories from raw materials, packaging materials, to finished products to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations (e.g., EU, MoPH, TISI, JECFA, US FDA), including tracking and reporting regulatory changes that may impact production processes and product quality.
  • Analyze inspection and testing results, prepare Trend Analysis, and provide recommendations for quality improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Collect, summarize, and communicate regulatory requirements across all three factories and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordinate with Sales and R&D teams to gather customer requirements and ensure regulatory compliance in line with product specifications and market standards.
  • Develop, implement, and follow up on the Monitoring Plan for quality inspections and regulatory compliance.
  • Support any Quality Regulatory Compliance special projects assigned by company policy or resulting from changes in Thai FDA regulations and requirements.
  • Prepare, register, and compile documentation related to the registration and renewal of import licenses, such as Certificate of Free Sale, Certificate of Goods, ISO/other applicable standard certificates, product catalogs/brochures, Instructions for Use, and Declaration Letters (as applicable).
  • Collaborate with the QA/RA Manager to oversee and manage changes in legislations, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards that may affect the registration process and the Quality Management System.
  • Collect, file, and maintain all data/information related to FSCA (Field Safety Corrective Action), AE (Adverse Events), Customer Complaints, and other QA/RA-related matters.
  • Act as the Document Control Center for managing all quality and regulatory documents in line with applicable standards for the Quality Management System.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or other related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in QA/Regulatory Affairs (1–3 years in QA/RA or quality assurance within the food/starch industry
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems such as Food Safety, GHP, FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO 9001 is highly preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills and basic software applications (e.g., MS Office, Data Analysis Tools
  • Good command of English – reading, writing, and speaking – capable of communicating effectively with international stakeholders
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across team
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a high level of responsibility
