About the Role

We’re looking for an eagle-eyed Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to be the final checkpoint before any new page or digital content goes live. You’ll ensure that every element—text, image, link, layout, and user experience—is thoroughly reviewed, tested, and perfect before launch.

If you thrive on catching what others miss and take pride in clean, error-free user experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Meticulously review all new e-commerce pages, landing pages, and digital assets before publication.

Identify and report errors, inconsistencies, design misalignments, typos, broken links, responsiveness issues, and any visual or functional glitches.

Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and project managers to ensure quality standards are upheld across all deliverables.

Create and maintain QA checklists, guidelines, and processes to standardize quality reviews.

Provide clear and actionable feedback with a solutions-oriented approach.

Act as the final gatekeeper for quality—your approval is what green-lights launches.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a QA, digital QA, or content QA role—preferably in an e-commerce or digital product environment.

Impeccable attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.

High standards for design, UX, and content accuracy.

Familiarity with common QA tools, browser dev tools, and cross-device/browser testing.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Bonus: experience with CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, or QA automation tools.

Why Join Us?

Growth: From $0 to $30M/year in under 3 years. Our goal? $100M/year in the next two.

Dynamic Culture: Challenge and support each other to grow.

Professional Development: Infinite opportunities as we scale to 9-figures.

Perks: Yearly paid vacations, funded learning & mentorship opportunities.

Healthy Competition: Drive continuous improvement with a competitive mindset.
