About The Job
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your duties include the following:
Ensuring that the GDP (for API/drug/cosmetics/dietary supplement) quality management system is maintained within the various departments.
Releasing products (including returned products).
Revising SOPs and work instructions.
Ensuring that deviations and complaints are investigated (evaluation of impact on quality & compliance).
Contribution to impact evaluations of change controls.
Co-performing and supporting self-inspections and audits.
Ensuring that adequate CAPAs are defined for quality-related incidents.
Advising and facilitating the marketing department during product launches in the field of quality.
Evaluating and approving product specifications and label masters and drawing up product files.
Ensuring maintenance of registration files in accordance with legislation.
Ensuring that any additional requirements from national legislation that apply to specific products (such as raw materials, cosmetics, medical devices, biocides, etc.) are complied with.
Point of contact within the QC department for the evaluation and follow-up of (operational) projects.
You will report to the Quality Control Manager.
You will act as a backup RP.
Set yourself apart
You have a master’s degree in a scientific field, a pharmacist’s degree is a plus.
Experience in quality assurance and/or regulatory affairs is a plus.
You are meticulous and accurate and you can work analytically and in a structured manner.
You have a flexible attitude and you are stress-resistant.
You can work independently as well as in a team.
You have a good knowledge of common computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
You have a good knowledge of English language.
