We’re supporting a pioneering pharmaceutical manufacturer on a mission to transform how critical medicines are made in the U.S.
As they scale operations and technology across multiple sites, they’re seeking a Pharmaceutical Quality Specialist to help lead quality initiatives across validation, documentation, and compliance functions. This role sits at the heart of a high-impact team responsible for ensuring manufacturing excellence and regulatory readiness.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee quality documentation, batch records, and compliance reporting
Review and approve validation protocols for equipment, systems, and facilities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Play a key role in internal audits and regulatory inspections
Train cross-functional teams on GMP and quality best practices
Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to drive process improvement
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech quality
In-depth knowledge of cGMP, FDA/ICH guidelines, and validation standards
A background in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience with APIs, sterile fill/finish, or biologics is a plus
