Quality Assurance Specialist (Behavioral Health) Jobs in Dearborn, MI at ACCESS
This position will be directly responsible for the quality check of all processed orders, all domestic shipping as well as all receiving functions in our highly secure operations area. Required to maintain records, prepare shipments, prepare mailing labels, accept deliveries as well as ensure all orders have been picked and packaged correctly completely and accurately. Responsible for both the physical transport of all material movement in and out of the facility. Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Knowledge of Shipping regulations (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) is preferred but not mandatory. This position will require lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for sustained periods of time, and the use of a pallet jack or other motorized equipment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Responsible to ensure packaging contents (Product, Quantity, Serial numbers) and invoice information are 100% accurate
Packaging: Package orders, Label and shrink wrap per Customer specifications
Shipping: Responsible to ship all domestic packages – create shipping labels, perform address verification, and ensure optimal shipping service selected for small package shipping.
Receiving: Receive inbound materials – Verify, unpack, put away and record incoming material receipts. Verify documents to ensure 100% accuracy.
Warehousing: Performs material movement from Warehouse to Operations.
Inventory Control: Responsible for accuracy and efficiency of warehouse. Performs inventory audits as required, when needed by Operations Mgmt. May be asked to assist in the research of discrepancies for root cause analysis.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Flexibility: Must be willing to assist in all areas of the operation to ensure daily order requests are entered, picked, packed, and shipped on time.
Order Processing: Back-up Support for Order Processing as required
Machine Operation: Back-up Support for Fulfillment and Co-Branding equipment
Essential Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Basic math skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills with focus on attention to detail
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to perform administrative activities – maintain information files and processing paperwork.
Previous experience utilizing UPS, FedEx, or USPS mailing a plus
Previous inventory or warehousing experience a plus
Will provide training for the right candidate!

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
