📍 Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
🕘 Working time: 6 days/week (Monday – Saturday), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Main Duties:
1. Supervise/support customer service team members to ensure service quality:
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the CS Team.
- Monitor, check, and ensure quality through email and chat channels.
- Support the customer service team in troubleshooting when necessary.
- Provide solutions to improve agents' performance and customer satisfaction, while preventing risks that may occur while processing tickets for customers.
2. Mentoring and training agents:
- Manage and update documents, processes, reports, and training methods.
- Theoretical training for new employees.
- Other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
It’s a good fit if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Coaching and communication skills
- Experience in customer services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in e-learning content design will be an advantage
- Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
- Proficiency in English communication (A MUST)
- Pay attention to details and like staying organized.
