Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist – Debt Settlement (US Based Company) is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating debt settlement calls, processes, and documentation to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and client requirements. The role also involves preparing regular quality reports, contributing to process audits, and helping maintain a consistent, compliant, and customer-centric service delivery.
Job Role
- Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality and compliance.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to consultants.
- Identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare quality reports and support team development.
- Collaborate with Operations and Training to drive performance.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 preferred).
- Previous QA experience in BPO, Sales, Collections, or Debt Settlement is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Job Details:
- On-site – Nasr City.
- Fixed shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM.
- Saturday & Sunday off.
- Full-time position.
