Agay Barho is seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join the team remotely during EST hours. The QA Specialist plays a key role in reviewing and quality checking a variety of digital marketing deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards before client delivery. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO and PPC, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in quality assurance or digital marketing quality control, is comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines, and demonstrates the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
This role involves close collaboration with account managers, designers, developers, and marketing professionals to audit deliverables including ad creatives, landing pages, websites, social media posts, email campaigns, and reports. The QA Specialist is responsible for identifying errors related to formatting, spelling, design, tracking, and setup while ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. The position enhances internal quality assurance processes and documentation standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of project quality across the agency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality audits of digital marketing deliverables prior to client release, including ad creatives, landing pages, websites, SEO content, and reports.
- Review social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing automations for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Identify and document formatting, spelling, design, tracking, and setup errors across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to resolve issues and ensure high standards are met.
- Track quality assurance feedback and approvals within project management systems to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Support the improvement and maintenance of internal QA processes, checklists, and documentation protocols for enhanced workflow efficiency.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple active projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Utilize tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, and WordPress to monitor projects and review deliverables efficiently.
- Work independently in a remote setting with a reliable computer and high-speed internet to fulfill daily Responsibilities
during EST business hours.
