We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support site operations and ensure compliance with GMP standards through quality systems and governance processes. In this role, you’ll work closely with manufacturing, development, and laboratory teams to review documentation, manage quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with a science background and a strong attention to detail looking to grow in a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review GMP documentation from manufacturing and laboratory processes
Support and coach teams on quality practices and documentation
Identify and escalate compliance issues through QMS processes
Participate in continuous improvement and audit readiness initiatives
Requirements:
Degree in Biology or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with GMP, PQS, and risk-based quality systems
Previous QA or GMP experience preferred but not essential
