Job Description
- Conduct regular, ad-hoc, or thematic post-audits to evaluate operational quality and compliance with Company regulations.
- Perform direct on-site inspections at business units according to plans or management requests.
- Participate in investigations and verifications of incidents; collect, cross-check related documents, information, and evidence.
- Detect errors, violations, control gaps, and risks; analyze root causes, impact levels, and responsibilities of involved parties.
- Discuss and work with related units and individuals to clarify findings and confirm inspection results.
- Synthesize and analyze inspection results; prepare minutes, evaluation reports, risk warnings, and propose corrective or improvement measures.
- Track and urge the progress of corrective action plans; evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of post-inspection remedies.
- Review and contribute feedback to improve processes, regulations, and control measures based on practical inspection results.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by line managers.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Quality Management, or related technical fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management, internal control, or inspection.
- Preferred candidates with experience in post-auditing, operational control, or incident verification in Telecom or IT sectors.
- Ability to inspect and cross-check documents; analyze data, assess risks, identify root causes, and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong skills in synthesizing information, drafting minutes, and writing clear, logical, and rigorous reports.
- Excellent skills in communication, interviewing, situational handling, and defending evaluation results based on data and evidence.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Honest, objective, cautious; high sense of responsibility, information confidentiality, and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle work pressure, and be willing to go on business trips as required.
