Live Hosting Monitoring
- Monitor live TikTok hosting sessions in real-time to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Identify and report any content violations or behavior that does not align with company policies or TikTok guidelines.
- Evaluate host performance, content delivery, and audience engagement.
Quality Assurance and Feedback
- Conduct post-live evaluations and provide constructive feedback to hosts for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed reports on host performance, engagement metrics, and compliance issues.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all live content adheres to brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and legal regulations.
- Identify potential risks related to content, privacy, and brand reputation and report them promptly.
Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to live streaming strategies based on performance analysis and industry best practices.
Training and Development
- Assist in onboarding and training new hosts on best practices, platform policies, and brand expectations.
- Organize refresher training sessions based on QA findings and trends.6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze live session data to identify trends, audience preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Generate and present reports on live hosting performance, compliance, and quality metrics.
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a QA Specialist, preferably from the BPO industry
- Possesses effective communication skills and has the ability to provide constructive criticism and collaborate with Operation Leads
