Role Description
Responsible for the implementation of the Food Safety Management System and Halal Assurance System (HAS).
Ensure the halal certification status of raw materials and packaging materials.
Prepare annual vendor audit reports and follow up on corrective actions for identified non-conformities.
Develop and maintain an annual vendor audit schedule.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with HAS and food safety standards for raw materials and packaging.
Maintain proper documentation and storage of halal certificates and reports for raw materials and packaging materials (RMPM).
Conduct internal audits related to BRC and Halal Assurance System.
Follow up on vendor corrective actions and resolve any non-conformities.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding any changes in raw materials or vendors.
Validate raw materials and packaging materials to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Communication skills
Sales and E-Commerce skills
Marketing & Management background in F&B business is preferred
Experience in online sales and marketing
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms & Microsoft Office
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
