Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Senior MEP Inspectors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP inspections with significant experience in airport projects, encompassing both landside and airside work.
Requirements:
Minimum of 20 years of experience in MEP inspection, preferably in airport projects.
Proven track record of successful completion of MEP inspections in complex environments.
Strong references from previous employers or clients in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to complete Inspector daily reports accurately and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of MEP systems on airport projects, including landside and airside areas.
Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to address any issues or concerns identified during inspections.
Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and standards during inspections.
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate with project managers to schedule inspections and prioritize tasks.
Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to MEP systems.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in MEP inspection.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
