ANFARM Hellas SA is looking for
Quality Assurance Supervisor
with accountability for monitoring quality processes and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulations concerning medical products.
The role will be responsible for
- Guide and coach a Quality Assurance team, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Coordinate and support quality investigations.
- Follow-up on Deviations, Complaints, Change Management, CAPAs and other Quality issues.
- Review and monitor SOPs, quality policies, and audit protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, QC) to maintain product quality and continuous improvement.
- Participate and support internal and external audits and inspections.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of GMP, and EMA guidelines and industry regulations.
- Ability to work creatively, analytically & synthetically with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated & results oriented with ability to cope with strict timelines.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
