Quality Assurance Supervisor – 2nd Shift Jobs in West Chester, OH at Oats Overnight
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. In this role, you will develop and implement quality control systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and testing on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze quality data, produce reports on performance metrics, and present findings to management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean principles.
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support internal and external quality audits.
Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of quality engineering or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
Experience with statistical analysis tools and quality management systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Quality certifications a plus. (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.
