Rungroj Fish Sauce Co., Ltd., a heritage manufacturer with over 70 years of excellence in traditional fish sauce production, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Supervisor to join our team in Rayong.
As a QA Supervisor, you will play a key role in upholding our commitment to world-class food safety and quality standards. You will oversee raw material and production process inspections, coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality systems (GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSSC22000, HALAL), and work closely with internal departments and external partners to address customer quality requirements and resolve non-conformities.

Responsibilities
Supervise and inspect the quality of raw materials and in-process products during production.
Plan and coordinate the implementation of quality management systems (GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSSC22000, HALAL) across factories within the network.
Set inspection schedules, review quality documentation, and resolve audit issues.
Inspect product specifications, manage non-conformities, and liaise with customers regarding complaints.
Coordinate product specification preparation and customer sample submissions.
Support production audits by analyzing quality issues and offering corrective actions.
Handle customer complaints (Customer Complains).
Update and communicate quality standards and non-conformities internally and externally.
Train team members on annual quality management practices.
Comply with company policies and quality objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related fields
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Strong understanding of BRC and FSSC22000 quality systems
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to respond
Open-minded and eager to learn and self-develop
Proficient in English
