Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Supervisor located in General Trias City, Cavite. The responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, managing quality assurance procedures, analyzing products and processes to improve quality, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing quality and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering course
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and 14001).
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance principles.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Experience in supervisorial roles within a manufacturing or quality-focused environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
