Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join KEBE Group and support the supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement of quality assurance activities across products, production processes, and the Quality Management System.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day quality checks, ensure compliance with company quality standards, technical specifications, ISO requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements, and contribute to the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
This role is ideal for a hands-on quality professional with strong experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management, who can coordinate inspections, support audit readiness, manage quality documentation, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise quality assurance activities across raw materials, intermediate products, final products, and production processes, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Monitor quality performance, evaluate deviations and trends, and recommend actions to mitigate risks and improve results.
- Support the effective operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, process reviews, and compliance assessments, coordinating investigations and corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of quality procedures, records, audit reports, CAPA files, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement, R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance to resolve quality issues and improve process consistency.
- Coordinate supplier quality activities and monitor compliance with agreed quality requirements.
- Identify and drive quality improvement initiatives across products, processes, and documentation practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports, audit findings, performance trends, and improvement recommendations to management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management.
- Experience in coordinating quality activities or supervising QA workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 requirements, and quality compliance processes.
- Ability to coordinate inspections, audits, non-conformance handling, and corrective and preventive action processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review, consolidate, and prepare clear, quality documentation and reports.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify quality risks, recommend improvements, and follow up on agreed corrective actions.
