Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Quality Assurance Supervisor is based in Caloocan City. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supervising a team of quality assurance personnel to meet organizational goals. Daily tasks involve monitoring quality performance, conducting audits and inspections, providing guidance to the team, and collaborating with other departments to enhance product and service quality. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will also analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance processes, quality control, and compliance monitoring
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including team guidance and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to improve operational efficiency
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the quality assurance domain is advantageous
