Quality Assurance Supervisor – Probation & Parole
We seek a highly qualified professional to oversee quality control measures within the Juvenile Probation Office. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of risk assessments, case planning, evidence-based supervision methods, and staff training. Key duties include performance auditing, data analysis, grant writing, completion of the department’s annual report, and reporting to enhance departmental practices. The incumbent will support supervisors of probation officers, enforce established standards, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 18 credit hours in behavioral or social sciences.
Minimum of five years of experience in probation, parole, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in correctional best practices, performance evaluation, and policy interpretation.
Proficiency in case management systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis techniques.
