Title: Supervisor – Quality Assurance and Training
Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor, Quality Assurance and Training. This position will lead a small team of QA specialists, develop and manage policies and procedures, coordinate provider network communication, and take on other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance, training, and leadership coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Establish a QA Workflow for the Department, which manages a network of Physical Therapy practices throughout the country.
Conduct training and continued education.
Provide training and support to the team on managing relationships with providers.
Write all communication to be sent to providers.
Create curriculum and workflow, putting together the necessary steps.
Ensure the team follows the established workflows.
