We are at Coforge hiring for Quality Assurance Support Engineer with desktop solutions and Cloud Contact Centre

Job Responsibilities / Role

  • We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and become a pivotal role in the Agile squads leading transformation and BAU activities with the Cloud Contact Centre Technology area.
  • With Think Customer as guideline, you will be responsible for the definition and execution of test requirements to prevent defects as well as identifying and eliminating any mistakes in the Contact Centre & IVR solutions before its release to customers.

Mandatory Skills

  • QA roles within technology teams focused on meeting established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Work with QA management systems and tools
  • Involvement in the overall review and execution of manual and automated testing plans and procedures.
  • Working in Agile squads with a team of developers, engineers and tech leads.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Contact Centers, IVRs, telephony and agent desktop solutions
  • Have strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset
  • Prove outstanding written and verbal communication skills
