This client-facing role is based onsite and requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, coordination skills, and technical QA/QC expertise. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts across complex digital solutions, working closely with business and technical units to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary QA/QC point of contact onsite at the client location
• Communicate and coordinate with various business units, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and testing needs
• Facilitate and participate in meetings, walkthroughs, and reviews with the client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation aligned with business requirements
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing
• Track, document, and follow up on defects and ensure resolution in coordination With development teams
• Ensure all QA/QC activities comply with the client’s governance standards and reporting processes
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business teams and providing testing oversight
• Proactively identify quality risks and gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare QA dashboards, reports, and status updates for client stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in software QA/QC, preferably in government or large-scale enterprise projects
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with regular engagement across multiple business units
• Strong command of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Hands-on experience with manual testing; knowledge of automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate
